SOLO See think wonder
From HookED Wiki
See Think Wonder is a routine used for making meaning of visual language used in texts. Students are asked:
- What do you see? (multistructural outcome - bringing in ideas)
- What do you think about that? (relational outcome - connecting ideas)
- What does it make you wonder? (extended abstract - extending ideas)
For an example of how to use this routine to explore art works, visit "See Think Wonder: a routine for exploring works of art and other interesting things" in Harvard Project Zero's Visible Thinking
